I do not often write this type of letter as locating a professional company such as yours is, these days, a very rare occurrence. However, my wife and I would like to say how pleased we are with the most excellent work that you have recently completed on our property. Its always difficult when choosing a contractor to work on your own home when being as demanding as we are, especially now we both are in retirement. Mark Leslie recently completed a full refit of the fascias and soffits on my property. I was not only very pleased with the quality of the work, but also the way Mark went about it. When he came to give a quote for the job, he was extremely through in explaining exactly what was involved and answered any queries I had. Mark took less than 5 days to complete the job on my house, which is a particularly challenging detached property with a very tall and steeply pitched roof. he was efficient and thorough at each stage and always polite and approachable. After each day, the site was left spotlessly clean. It was difficult to know that anybody had been actually working there, such was the standard. In fact, Mark even removed some of the junk I had placed at the side of my house and took it to the tip for me. That is service above and beyond the call of duty. Mark Leslie was employed by me to remove existing fascias, gutters and fall pipes. Then replace with UPVC fascias, new guttering and fall pipes. My property consists of a medium sized detached house with separate garage and utility room. Mark arranged an appointment, inspected the property, and provided a detailed written estimate. His price was very competitive set against other major companies. Having accepted Mark’s quote, we agreed a start date, which he adhered to, arriving to commence work at precisely the time and date set. Mark estimated the work would take three days, but due to discovering additional work, which required attention, completed work after four and a half days. I was kept fully informed of the progress by Mark, partly as a result of this Mark carried out additional work, which was not on the estimate. On completion before departing all debris was removed, and the area swept. My wife and I had plenty of time to observe Mark. He takes great pride in what he does, the finished work was excellent and we were delighted with the results. Mark is a rare breed of craftsman who does not settle for less than best.
